First fabric batch arrived
The woven fabric for the cushions and the band pad arrived from the mill and passed the rub test.

The cushions and the band pad use the same woven fabric, which is why the headphone reads as one object rather than a stack of parts. The first production batch arrived this week.
What we checked
Each roll went through a rub test and a colour check against the approved sample. One roll was slightly lighter than the reference and goes back. The rest is cut and on its way to the assembly line.
Next on the list is the final firmware for pairing and the dial. That post comes in two weeks.
